Description

You lead user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and execution for large-scale IT projects with complex integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal UAT test plans, scripts, and scenarios for multi-integration systems.
• Lead the Testing Error Triage Team and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Define and monitor QA metrics, including defects, test results, and overall UAT status.
• Analyze testing data to identify process improvements and integrate solutions into business processes.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure QA standards and methodologies are followed across IT functions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT/QA experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience in test planning, test case/script development, and test execution.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive testing plans covering integration partners and end-to-end scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of QA metrics, defect management, and test reporting.
• Experience working across multiple programs and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
