You will own the quality assurance strategy and execution for complex software delivery projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive test plans for large-scale IT projects, covering all integration partners and interfaces.
• Write, automate, and maintain test cases and scripts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications.
• Track and analyze quality assurance metrics, including defect counts, test results, and overall test status.
• Conduct quality audits across IT functions to verify adherence to established standards, procedures, and methodologies.
• Analyze data to evaluate software processes, document problems, and drive improvements that address business needs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in systems development, testing, or business analysis.
• Proven ability to manage projects of moderate to high complexity within diverse development environments.
• Strong experience in test planning, writing test cases, and test case automation.
• Proficiency in defining and tracking QA metrics such as defects and test status.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data for software process evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to document technical problems and assist in their resolution effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on multiple programs or systems as a collaborative project team member.
• Background in integrating QA metrics directly into business processes.
