Description

Drive the quality assurance strategy and automation roadmap for a major product suite. Own the quality strategy and accountability for an entire product domain.

Responsibilities

• Define QA activities, ownership, and testing coverage requirements across services.
• Develop and execute test strategies that align with rapid product release cycles.
• Partner with engineering and DevOps to implement automation for regression prevention and reliability.
• Lead Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) testing and establish automation and manual testing best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership roles, such as Team Lead or Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on automation experience.
• Extensive experience designing tests for enterprise software solutions.
• Proven ability to define QA processes across multiple development groups.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience working within the full SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to coordinate testing activities across different organizations and regions.
