Lead the design and implementation of automated testing solutions for web applications.

Responsibilities

• Build test automation frameworks from scratch using BDD, TDD, or hybrid approaches.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable automated test cases.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and scalable automation solutions.
• Coordinate testing efforts between onsite and offshore teams.
• Ensure all automation tests are fully verified and functional.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional testing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or WebdriverIO.
• Proven track record of writing automation tests for web applications.
• Experience managing onsite-offshore coordination.
• Strong communication skills.
