Description

Lead the quality engineering efforts for complex software systems, owning the full testing lifecycle from specification analysis to release.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test plan preparation, maintenance, and execution across development teams.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed test cases and automation scripts using Java and TestNG.
• Implement and enhance JUnit or TestNG automation frameworks and infrastructure.
• Execute manual and automated tests, including System Integration, Regression, and Performance testing.
• Log defects, track fixes, and report status to ensure quality delivery in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test execution.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with TestNG annotations and WebDriver methods.
• Proven track record of writing and maintaining complex Test Scripts.
• Experience applying Quality Engineering principles throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Ability to perform Systems Integration, Regression, and Performance testing.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and scaled Agile methods.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with element locators and advanced UI automation techniques.
