Description

You will lead and manage QA efforts across multiple projects in the Asset Management domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze requirements, and develop detailed test plans.
• Execute Smoke, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing cycles.
• Manage defects using tracking tools like HP ALM and Jira.
• Supervise and guide the QA team to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Coordinate testing efforts and report status to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of IT experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in Asset Management projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Trade and Order Management Systems for various instrument types.
• Solid understanding of Front and/or Middle Office services within Asset Management.
• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams and project deliverables.
• Proficiency with Jira and User Acceptance Testing methodologies.
• Experience with Regression and Integration testing processes.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with business users.
