Description

Lead quality assurance for an AI and Big Data analytics platform, owning test strategies, automation, and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies and develop comprehensive test plans, setups, cases, and scripts.
• Execute manual test cases and manage the full defect lifecycle from identification to resolution.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement continuous process improvements.
• Mentor junior testers and guide the team on testing processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and stakeholders to ensure software quality within timelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a software development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Hands-on expertise with automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or Cucumber.
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix based systems.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design.
• Experience using Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub for CI/CD.
• Proven ability to track, document, and manage defect resolution processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI or Big Data analytics platforms.
