Lead the design, execution, and strategy of automated and performance testing for complex form generation and multilingual communications workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance testing strategy using LoadRunner and JMeter, including load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.
• Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and modern tooling to ensure reusability across test suites.
• Drive LL30 compliance testing, validating form accuracy and availability across all 12 required languages for LEP populations.
• Build and manage Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) and Test Case matrices mapped to user stories and business rules.
• Identify system design deficiencies and performance bottlenecks, providing root cause analysis and remediation guidance to engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on QA experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior capacity.
• Expert proficiency in performance testing tools: LoadRunner and JMeter (scripting, scenario design, threshold analysis).
• Expert proficiency in test automation: Selenium, QTP/UFT, or Visual Studio, with experience building frameworks from the ground up.
• 5+ years creating and managing automation scripts for functional, regression, and integration test suites.
• Strong command of SQL Server for data validation, test data management, and back-end verification.
• Proven experience developing RTM documentation and translating user stories into structured test cases.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end functional testing methodologies in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with JIRA for defect tracking, test management, and sprint collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with government, public sector, or regulatory compliance projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
