Description

Lead automation efforts across frontend and backend systems, focusing on UI and API testing within cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automation frameworks for UI and API testing using Python.
• Execute regression testing and manage triage processes for assigned features.
• Build internal tooling and glue scripts in Python to improve self-service and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify automation use-cases and drive priorities.
• Perform performance at scale testing and support QA DevOps initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proficiency in Python3 scripting with strong knowledge of OOP concepts.
• 5+ years of experience with Selenium and Pytest frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, CloudFront, AppSync, DynamoDB, Cognito, and IAM.
• 6+ years of experience working in Unix, Linux, or MacOS environments.
• 4+ years of expertise testing web applications, specifically SaaS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, and JFrog.
• Proficiency with Python packages including SeleniumBase, Requests, Boto3, Keras-ocr2, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with SQL databases and performance testing using JMeter.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and basic shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud or Azure.
