Description

You will own ETL quality assurance, test strategy, and team leadership for data platform validations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ETL source-to-target mapping documents and produce QA artifacts.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Design and execute test cases for ETL processes, including volume and reconciliation data validation.
• Mentor the QA team on business requirements and technical execution.
• Coordinate with onshore teams and business leads to ensure accurate reporting and back-end validation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in database testing and SQL scripting.
• Strong proficiency in creating complex SQL queries and query optimizations.
• Experience in SQL query automation and test case design for ETL/DB testing.
• Proven ability to lead and manage QA teams.
• Familiarity with version control tools and Agile delivery models.
• Experience working with US-based clients in onsite/offshore models.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Bugzilla, and Test Rail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience.
• Knowledge of Spark SQL and Databricks.
