Description

You will lead planning, implementation, and execution of quality assurance for the product portfolio. You establish QA practices, mentor team members, and drive automation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve formal QA methodologies and standards for agile development.
• Design repeatable automated test scripts and oversee end-to-end functional verification.
• Manage defect and test management activities, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Capture and report QA metrics and KPIs to provide stakeholders with insights into product quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industrial experience leading end-to-end QA activities for product development.
• Hands-on experience developing automated test scripts using Selenium and Java Web Driver.
• Experience testing API components, including microservices.
• Proficiency in testing front-end functionality built with React JS and Angular JS.
• Expertise using test management tools such as QC, Test Rail, or QTP.
• Strong understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and cloud deployment.
• Degree in BTech, MTech, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of DevOps and testing software in containerized environments.
