Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts for automotive software, mentoring team members and ensuring high testing standards across embedded and infotainment systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA team members to maintain rigorous quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on quality goals.
• Execute testing for automotive software, including embedded systems and infotainment.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive testing activities within Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Proficiency with Selenium and JUnit.
• Experience with Python or Java scripting.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing embedded systems and infotainment software.
