Description

Lead quality assurance efforts and manage a team of engineers to ensure software reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of at least 3 QA and automation engineers.
• Execute both manual and automation testing strategies.
• Debug web applications, databases, and browser internals including memory management.
• Implement CI/CD and DevOps tools within Agile environments.
• Test SaaS applications across Windows and Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong expertise in automation testing and Selenium.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Experience with automation frameworks and API testing using Rest Assured.
• Hands-on experience with browser-level debugging.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working in Agile development cycles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of JavaScript and Protractor.
• Experience with BDD/TDD techniques and tools.
• Exposure to performance and security testing.
