Description
You will lead quality assurance strategies and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA procedures and strategies to ensure product reliability.
- Lead and mentor QA team members through guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and customer support to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Investigate customer-reported issues and implement corrective actions to address root causes.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Expertise in software testing and manual testing.
- Proficiency in performance testing.
- Deep understanding of various testing methodologies.
- Ability to establish QA metrics, goals, and objectives.
- Experience analyzing test results to provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing the QA testing environment, including configuration and test data integrity.
