Description

Lead quality assurance strategies and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA procedures and strategies to ensure product reliability.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Lead and mentor QA team members through guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, and customer support to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and implement corrective actions to address root causes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Expertise in software testing and manual testing.
• Proficiency in performance testing.
• Deep understanding of various testing methodologies.
• Ability to establish QA metrics, goals, and objectives.
• Experience analyzing test results to provide actionable recommendations to development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing the QA testing environment, including configuration and test data integrity.
