You will lead QA efforts within a development lifecycle framework, defining strategy and executing testing plans.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute QA strategy and testing activities.
• Manage project resource planning for QA workstreams.
• Implement QA processes, tools, and techniques organization-wide.
• Partner to create necessary test systems and environments.
• Apply formal project management methodology and SDLC processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in QA.
• Experience with HCM implementation projects.
• Familiarity with SDLC environments for development, QA, and production.
• Proven experience developing QA strategy and execution plans.
• Knowledge of implementing QA processes and techniques.
• Understanding of formal project management methodology.
• Experience with Itsqb.
