Lead manual and automation testing efforts, manage testing strategies, and train the team on quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and plan end-to-end testing strategies.
• Write detailed test cases and execute manual and automation testing.
• Define testing processes and train team members on quality standards.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure product quality.
• Set up and maintain automation frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Experience setting up and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Understanding of Java development.
• Ability to conduct security and performance testing.
• Experience using test management tools.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with DevOps tools.
