Description

You will lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies for Oracle SCM projects, covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts specific to Oracle Supply Chain processes (procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management).
• Oversee defect management, triaging issues, prioritizing bugs, and analyzing application/server logs with development teams for resolution.
• Perform API testing for integrations involving Oracle APIs and third-party systems using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Mentor junior QA team members, conduct reviews, and drive quality assurance best practices.
• Analyze production issues using logs and SQL queries on Oracle databases to support root cause analysis and report on key QA metrics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in software quality assurance, with 3+ years in a lead or senior QA role.
• Expertise testing Oracle ERP applications, specifically Supply Chain Management modules (Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Cloud SCM/Fusion).
• Strong domain knowledge of supply chain processes (inventory, purchasing, order management).
• Hands-on experience with API testing, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration testing.
• Proficiency in defect triage, log analysis, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience with SQL/PL/SQL for querying Oracle databases and validating data integrity.
• Experience in Azure and ADO.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Jira, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD Pipelines.
