Description

Lead testing efforts and drive automation strategy within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated regression suites, test harnesses, and performance solutions for Web, APIs, and databases.
• Lead testing staff by planning work, assigning tasks, and reviewing scripts, test results, and defect descriptions.
• Partner with development teams to ensure business functionality meets acceptance criteria and project deadlines.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to define test automation and performance strategies.
• Execute functional, system, and regression testing while capturing quality metrics for risk analysis.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of software testing experience covering all phases from planning to closure.
• 5+ years of experience as an Automation QA Tester.
• 5+ years of experience creating and executing automation tests using Selenium.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Strong command of SQL for database querying.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Extensive experience with Agile processes, specifically Scrum.
• Experience working with SOAP and REST services within SOA architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS/Azure.
• Experience testing micro-services, containers, and Docker.
