Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for medium to large-sized projects, owning the full testing lifecycle from requirements gathering to release.

Responsibilities

• Gather test requirements to develop detailed, actionable test plans.
• Define and implement quality metrics to measure and track product quality.
• Execute both automated and manual testing workflows across complex project lifecycles.
• Lead QA processes and strategy for medium to large-scale initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead on medium to large-sized projects.
• Automation testing experience using Selenium or Appium.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans from raw requirements.
• Experience defining and implementing quality metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
