Description

Lead quality control within the Third-Party Risk Management framework to ensure effective oversight and risk mitigation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review 100% of completed monthly test scripts to ensure accuracy in follow-up communications and documentation.
• Distribute Risk Memos to Vendor Managers, Risk Owners, and Business Sponsors.
• Provide effective challenge regarding the identification, assessment, escalation, and mitigation of key operational risks.
• Communicate material risks and roadblocks to senior management and coordinate resolutions with the 2nd Line of Defense.
• Act as a subject matter expert to develop and enhance risk culture and practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit or Quality Control testing processes.
• Proven experience in Vendor Management and Business Relationship Management.
• Deep understanding of Third-Party Risk Assessment processes and associated activities.
• Expertise in sampling methodology and root cause analysis.
• Ability to determine and deliver corrective and remediation plans.
• Strong understanding of documentation requirements for governance and control purposes.
• Experience delivering Quality Control results with discretion and sensitivity.
• Strong meeting and presentation skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload under strict timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Ariba, Coupa, and SharePoint.
