Lead quality engineering and automation strategy for financial applications in an on-site capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java to streamline testing processes.
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber to enhance stakeholder collaboration.
• Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members in automation techniques.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards within the finance and accounting domain.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering and test automation.
• Strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and Cucumber.
• Proficiency in API testing and BDD methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools and SDLC practices.
• Background in the finance domain with understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
