Description

Lead quality engineering efforts by owning automation frameworks, test strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives for the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java to streamline testing processes.
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodologies using Cucumber to enhance stakeholder collaboration.
• Conduct thorough API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members in automation techniques.
• Oversee defect tracking and resolution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering and automation testing.
• Strong expertise in Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and BDD.
• Proven experience with API testing and test automation tools.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
• Ability to design detailed test plans and strategies for comprehensive coverage.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and developers.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in finance and accounting.
• ISTQB Advanced Level or Certified Selenium Professional certification.
