Description

You will own test strategy and quality engineering for complex Pega-based anti-money laundering and product lifecycle management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test strategies for Pega workflows, ensuring accurate detection coverage and regulatory compliance across financial products.
• Develop and maintain reusable automated test suites to validate end-to-end product lifecycle processes and reduce regression effort.
• Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios, focusing on transaction patterns, case management flows, and decision logic.
• Execute functional, integration, and system tests for Pega applications, including rule configurations and upstream/downstream integrations.
• Mentor junior engineers on test design and automation best practices while monitoring quality metrics like defect density and escape rates.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of progressive experience in software quality engineering and test strategy design.
• Proven hands-on experience with Pega applications, including rulesets, case management, and integrations.
• Strong background in test automation, software testing, and quality engineering methodologies.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes in enterprise environments.
• Ability to implement robust test data management practices simulating diverse customer risk profiles.
• Proficiency in defect management, impact analysis, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Experience working in the Banking Domain, specifically with Anti Money Laundering (AML) or regulatory compliance.
