Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality engineering teams to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive defect prevention.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks using strong project management skills.
• Apply analytical skills to focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering roles.
• Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks, specifically Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in Python and related web frameworks for automation and scripting.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe Agile.
• Hands-on experience with test automation and automation testing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and team workflows.
