Description

You will lead quality engineering efforts, defining test strategies and overseeing automated testing with Playwright and JavaScript.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong technical experience in Playwright and JavaScript for automated testing.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test strategies for complex software systems.
• Expertise in Quality Assurance and Test Automation practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Software Testing principles.
• Experience with Program Management within a QA context.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail in identifying software defects.
• Experience adhering to software development lifecycle quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stakeholder engagement and KPI development.
• Familiarity with code review processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
