Description

You lead the design, development, and execution of test automation frameworks and large-scale testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation infrastructure and testing strategies for large-scale system software.
• Lead the creation, customization, and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
• Oversee the end-to-end defect management process from identification through resolution.
• Manage physical, virtualized, and simulated test environments and execute load/stress tests.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and mentor other test engineers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in test automation.
• 10+ years designing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale systems.
• 8+ years of experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles to define automation requirements.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, Java, or C#.net/SpecFlow.
• Experience with AMQ, WMQ, Kafka, Couchbase, and GCPS.
• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Advanced skills in at least one performance testing tool.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional test teams.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation challenges.
