You will lead quality engineering efforts to ensure software meets required standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Oversee automation testing processes using Selenium to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior quality engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Analyze test results and report key quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Proficiency in Java for developing automated test scripts.
• Expertise in Test Automation and Automation Testing frameworks.
• Strong command of Selenium for automated testing.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis of software defects.
• Solid understanding of Quality Assurance principles.
• Experience in coordinating with program management teams.
