Description

You will drive the quality strategy for complex enterprise software, managing combinatorial complexity across deployments, feature flags, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a quality strategy that addresses combinatorial complexity in enterprise deployments.
• Automate the setup and teardown of AWS-based test stacks for diverse configurations.
• Manage test data at scale through cloning, anonymization, and synthetic data generation.
• Investigate and implement AI-powered end-to-end testing frameworks to improve coverage.
• Foster engineering buy-in and execution of quality practices through clear communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of quality engineering experience at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and Django.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
• Experience with Celery, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive technical initiatives.
• Any Graduate degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ElasticSearch, Dagster, or Airflow for data orchestration.
• Experience implementing AI-driven E2E testing solutions.
