Description

You will own the administration, support, and strategic testing operations for Tricentis tools across client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Tosca DeX machines, license servers, and on-prem installations of Tosca and qTest.
• Run, validate, and maintain test cases and modules using Tosca, qTest, and Vera.
• Manage license updates, renewals, and resolve server issues to ensure uninterrupted testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, identify testability risks, and align delivery with client goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, leading governance meetings and reporting on project health.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering or test administration.
• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including administration, DeX configuration, and end-user usage.
• Hands-on experience administering qTest and Vera, including on-prem installations.
• Proficiency in license management, including resolving license server problems and handling renewals.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub for driving efficient testing processes.
• Ability to apply domain knowledge in Bioinformatics, R&D, Preclinical, or Clinical testing.
• Strong client-facing skills, including managing relationships, reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with internal delivery and engineering teams for operational reviews.
• Proven track record in risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives.
