Lead quality engineering strategy, automation frameworks, and testing execution for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive quality engineering strategy across applications and enterprise initiatives.
• Build, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and testing best practices.
• Lead end-to-end test planning, design, automation, and execution efforts.
• Establish quality gates, testing standards, and release readiness processes.
• Mentor and guide QE engineers across multiple teams and workstreams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on automation experience using Java and BDD/Gherkin frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright for UI automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong software engineering and coding fundamentals.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring and guiding QE teams.
• Experience working with AI-assisted development or testing tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within trading technology or asset management environments.
• Exposure to OMS, pre-trade, or post-trade workflows.
• Experience collaborating with distributed onshore/offshore teams.
