Description

You will lead technical planning, architecture, and research initiatives at the project level.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead software architecture, research, and project planning activities.
• Develop and implement new solver algorithms using C++ and Python.
• Perform complex software development, bug verification, and release testing across multiple products.
• Research technical problems identified by QA or support and collaborate on solutions.
• Mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain software best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with a BTech in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (4+ years with an MTech).
• Extensive experience with modern C++ and Python code development.
• Proven experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Significant commercial experience in software design and development.
• Ability to operate without direct supervision and manage complex analysis tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Proficiency with GitHub and software configuration management.
• Experience delivering high-quality products in large-scale commercial environments.
