Description

You will lead front-end development efforts focusing on core React implementations without heavy third-party frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom UI components like buttons and dropdowns from scratch without relying on third-party libraries.
• Manage complex application state using Redux and Redux-Saga.
• Implement advanced styling solutions including themes and responsive designs.
• Own software architecture decisions and communicate the logic behind your technical choices.
• Maintain code quality by applying engineering best practices and considering long-term system impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong recent experience with React 18 and TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in classic Redux and Redux-Saga.
• Proficiency with styled-components or @emotion/styled.
• Experience building UI components from the ground up without MUI or similar libraries.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and engineering principles.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NX workspace or monorepos.
• Familiarity with React Router v6.
• Knowledge of Redux Toolkit.
