Description

Lead front-end engineering efforts and manage offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front-end teams, including managing offshore resources.
• Bridge the gap between product design and product engineering throughout the SDLC.
• Design and implement modular, reusable components and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage project strategy, architectural patterns, and technical implementation.
• Debug complex dependency conflicts and optimize browser rendering performance.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
• 5+ years of React experience, with at least 3 years of continuous React web application development.
• 3+ years of experience using the Material UI framework.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and ES6.
• Experience with Redux and Redux-Saga.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON structures, and web services (SOAP and/or REST).
• Expertise in version control using Azure DevOps Git, including branching and merging.
• Experience with automated testing suites such as Jest or Mocha.
• Solid understanding of functional or object-oriented programming.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of emerging technology trends and implementation.
