You will lead the design and development of scalable React applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable React applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews.
• Drive UI/UX excellence and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with React.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Redux, Webpack, Restful APIs, GraphQL, and Node.js.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSR (Next.js) or mobile development (React Native).
• Strong UI/UX design sensibilities.
