Description

You will lead front-end development using React, owning architectural decisions and best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces and enforce front-end standards.
• Design and maintain design systems using advanced CSS and performance-oriented styling.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technology adoption.
• Optimize build processes and workflows using Node.js, npm, and Yarn.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expert-level proficiency in React and advanced patterns.
• Deep expertise in state management patterns and libraries.
• Strong knowledge of modern CSS, performance optimization, and styling.
• Experience with Node.js, npm/Yarn, and advanced build configurations.
• Proficiency in testing tools: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Advanced Git and GitHub skills, including branching, release management, and code review.
• Understanding of Micro Frontends architecture and implementation strategies.
