Lead the technical direction and development of React JS applications in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement React JS applications.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in React JS development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next JS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with e-commerce SaaS platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, or Adobe Commerce).
• Solid understanding of state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Proven experience in team leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Stencil development and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
