Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of React JS applications while driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement React JS applications, owning the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure application stability.
• Lead the development team in technical decision-making and execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in React JS development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next JS.
• Proven experience in team leadership roles.
• Experience with e-commerce SaaS platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Adobe Commerce.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
