Description

You will own the mobile architecture blueprint, defining standards for React Native and native interoperability, and oversee CI/CD pipelines and secure SDLC practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures for hybrid and native solutions, establishing domain models and API contracts.
• Design scalable backend integrations using GraphQL and REST, implementing offline-first patterns and telemetry pipelines.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles, ensuring compliance with OWASP MASVS, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA standards.
• Define CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI, standardizing testing strategies and release orchestration.
• Mentor senior engineers through architecture review boards and drive secure software development lifecycle practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in software engineering, with 6+ years leading enterprise-grade mobile solutions.
• Deep expertise in React Native, with familiarity in Flutter and native iOS/Android development.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, API gateways (Azure API Management, Kong, Apigee), and GraphQL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend integration and server-side logic.
• Understanding of secure storage (Keychain, Keystore), device attestation, and threat modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Xcode, Fastlane, and Bitrise for iOS/Android build automation.
• Familiarity with MDM/UEM solutions like Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.
