Description

You will architect and lead the development of large-scale React.js applications, owning the frontend codebase, release pipelines, and technical strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable frontend structures, including routing, state management layers, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Build dynamic web applications using React.js and TypeScript, implementing complex data flows and interactive features.
• Optimize application performance through memorization, virtualization, code splitting, and bundle size reduction.
• Design and maintain reusable, modular components while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and establish testing standards using Jest and React Testing Library.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading frontend development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, component lifecycle, and advanced patterns.
• Strong experience with TypeScript in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of state management: Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and React Query.
• Proficient in API integration using Axios, including interceptors, error handling, and retry logic.
• Experience implementing React Router with nested, guarded, and lazy-loaded routes.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong understanding of frontend security, client-side validation, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated build, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
