You will lead end-to-end recruitment for implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for implementation partner roles.
• Lead hiring initiatives to meet specific client requirements.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and feedback loops.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring pipeline.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Lead Recruiter.
• Proven track record working with implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for IT services or consulting firms.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies for niche technical roles.
