Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of assigned releases and manage the change management process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned releases and define comprehensive release plans for stakeholders.
• Collaborate on annual roadmap planning and manage project and BAU financial aspects for the country.
• Coordinate with partners to align schedules with the Business Development Organization release calendar.
• Identify and mitigate release-associated risks while negotiating deadlines and resolving delivery issues.
• Oversee production handovers, establish support ownership, and plan capacities for upcoming releases.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven success delivering large, complex IT projects involving diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to grasp technical issues at a high level.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong risk management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal specifications.

Preferred Skills

• 15-18 years of experience managing large and complex releases.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and acting as a ScrumMaster.
