Description

Lead technical strategy to evolve the technology stack and deliver large-scale machine learning systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build large-scale data processing pipelines for training novel machine learning algorithms.
• Develop high-performance, scalable systems for online delivery environments.
• Apply modern software development practices across the entire lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end deliveries and contribute innovative technical solutions.
• Lead technical workstreams and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years on ML products or solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Deep expertise in Python ecosystems and clean, maintainable code.
• Proficiency in data science libraries: Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, SpaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn.
• Experience integrating and deploying ML capabilities into production systems.
• Proficiency in automation, system monitoring, and cloud-native applications (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with probabilistic models and underlying ML mathematical concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Java and TypeScript.
• Experience with system analysis and design.
