Lead the development and validation of analytical models to drive strategic financial and statistical insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, calibrate, and validate analytical models and tools.
• Analyze complex programming models to extract data and manipulate databases for statistical and financial modeling.
• Lead projects, manage teams, and mentor junior staff members.
• Collaborate with compliance, technology, and management to resolve production issues and meet reporting goals.
• Integrate statistical approaches into pricing activities to optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics.
• Proficiency with SAS, R, or Python.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard and visualization development.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior leadership.
• Experience using imperfect information to solve complex problems and make strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to work across different organizational levels and teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using scripting languages to develop analytics automation.
