Description

You will lead the development of automation applications and provide architectural guidance to achieve target application states.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an automation center of excellence by establishing frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Lead software programming and create comprehensive documentation for all RPA processes.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment using AWS and GitHub.
• Mentor a small team of RPA developers and provide technical solutions for complex automation challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience with a strong analytical background.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Lead RPA Developer or in a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in UiPath automation and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GitHub pipelines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API development, scripting, and modern UI/UX frameworks.
• RPA Developer Certification.
• Experience with BI data analytics techniques and tools.
