You will lead process automation initiatives and optimize business strategies through technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document automation programs.
• Execute business process re-engineering to facilitate automation.
• Apply RPA governance and controls to all automation workflows.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps in business requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with RPA programming and computer programming (VB+, PHP).
• Minimum four years of business analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Certification.
• Experience in Healthcare or Mental Health environments.
• End-to-end process assessment experience.
