Description

Lead end-to-end Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) implementations using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Own technical design, development, and integration of IAM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC solutions, including custom rules, policies, and reports.
• Build and maintain integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop custom Java/J2EE modules and BeanShell scripts to extend SailPoint functionality.
• Design and optimize SQL queries for data management and reporting within the IGA platform.
• Drive technical decisions and mentor development teams on IAM best practices and security standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years focused on SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC.
• Deep expertise in Java/J2EE development for building custom IAM connectors and rules.
• Proficiency in BeanShell scripting for SailPoint workflow and rule customization.
• Strong experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, and various databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and IGA lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
