Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Public Sector Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Architect data models, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows to optimize business processes.
• Execute data migration strategies and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and governor limits.
• Technical expertise in SOAP API, REST API, BULK API, SQL, and ORACLE.
• Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 accessibility standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
