Description

You will lead the administration, customization, and development of Salesforce solutions to support organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage user profiles, roles, security settings, sharing settings, and organization-wide configurations.
• Develop and customize the platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure page layouts, validation rules, process builders, and Lightning flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues involving objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and system performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to assist user self-service.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce Administration with developer experience.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs.
• Strong ability to manage custom objects, fields, and relationships.
• Expertise in troubleshooting data-related issues and system performance.
• Proven ability to communicate technical status and maintenance updates to stakeholders.
