Description

Lead Salesforce business analysis and technical functional requirements for CRM operations, owning the full application development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and manage CRM changes through the full application development lifecycle.
• Execute deployment, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols.
• Monitor KPIs and develop business cycle reports to drive operational performance analysis.
• Manage data integrity through data retrieval, aggregation, and mining techniques.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for process improvement and customer experience analysis.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Business Analysis and Salesforce Administration.
• Strong background in application development and deployment processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Proficiency in KPI monitoring and metrics development.
• Ability to perform data analysis, data mining, and model building.
• Hands-on experience with user dashboards and report analysis.
• Technical leadership experience in managing integration and testing phases.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
